I bought a deal through Living Social Home Care for carpet cleaning from Ram Steam in Colorado Springs. The deal offered cleaning for 4 areas, up to 1,000 square feet. Two men arrived at about 10:45 on 8/14/14 and immediately tried to sell me additional treatments to my carpet. They made me feel like my carpet was in awful shape and this is just not true. We have no children or pets - it's just the two of us - and we do not wear shoes in the house. I told the men that I wanted only the deal I had already paid for. I could tell they weren't very happy about my decision. They stayed a total of 10 minutes and only cleaned my living room which is about 460 square feet ( and this doesn't include all the furniture in the room). I could see no difference whatsoever in my carpet. I was very disappointed in this service and I will never use Ram Steam again and will certainly never recommend them to anyone I know.
